Steel Bars

Rebar, commonly known as hot rolled ribbed bar, is a type of steel bar. The grade of ordinary hot rolled steel bar is determined by its minimum yield point and is denoted by HRB (Hot Rolled Bar) followed by a numerical grade. The letters H, R, and B represent hot rolled, ribbed, and bars respectively. Rebar can be classified into different categories based on its strength, such as HRB300E, HRB400E, HRB500E, HRB600E, etc. The thread specification range of rebar is generally 6-50mm. We usually involve more are 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, 18mm, 20mm, 22mm, 25mm, 28mm, 32mm, 36mm, 40mm and so on. National allowable deviation :6-12mm deviation in ±7%, 14-20mm deviation in ±5%, 22-50mm deviation in ±4%. Generally, the fixed length of rebar is 9m and 12m, among which 9m long thread is mainly used for normal road construction and 12m long thread is mainly used for bridge construction.

Carbon Steel Round Bar

Carbon steel bar is a general-purpose steel with excellent formability and weldability. There are two types of round steel bars, hot-rolled and cold-rolled. Hot rolled round bars are often used in applications like construction where finish and exact dimensions are not a priority. In contrast, cold rolled round bars are used for applications with excellent surface finish and precise dimensions.

Steel Wire

Wire rod refers to rolled steel with a circular cross-section, typically ranging in diameter from 4mm to 16mm. It is commonly available in the form of coils or bundles. Wire rods are produced using various materials such as steel, aluminum, copper, and non-ferrous alloys. There are numerous types and varieties of wire rods available. Carbon steel wire rods are categorized into two main types: medium and low carbon steel wire rods, which are often referred to as soft wire rods, and medium and high carbon steel wire rods, which are commonly known as hard wire rods.
