Galvanized round bars are typically made from A36 hot rolled steel or mild steel and undergo a molten zinc coating process (ASTM A123). The galvanization process can be identified by the crystallization pattern, often referred to as \"spangle,\" on the material\'s surface. Galvanized round bars have a semi-rough surface with dull edges and may have slight variations in dimensions along their length. They provide excellent corrosion resistance, making them ideal for outdoor use or environments exposed to harsh conditions. Common applications for galvanized round bars include hinges, railing systems, and ground stakes.

Galvanized Square Bar

A square rod is a solid metal rod with a square cross-section. It is typically made from general-purpose steel, which offers excellent formability and weldability.
